Order Tickets?

Once you’ve unlocked our events page, select the concert you want, add it to your cart, and checkout, just like any other online shopping website.  After purchasing, two emails will be sent to you. The first email, titled “Your PipTix Order Receipt”, is a receipt for your records.  The second email, titled “PipTix: Reservation Confirmation”, is your voucher for the event.  It contains all important information, such as rules, pick-up location, and venue location.  Be sure to thoroughly read the second email for the smoothest experience possible.  If you can, please print each voucher and bring it with you to the corresponding event.  Always bring your photo ID as most venues require verification. Please note, some venues also require a printed voucher.

Get My Tickets?

When selecting your tickets, you will be able to choose between two options on the event page.

  • Hold tickets
    – Tickets can be picked up at the time and place (either at the venue’s box office or from a PipTix representative) indicated in the Important Information section of each event and also in the email sent to you after checkout titled “PipTix:  Order Confirmation”.
    – When picking up tickets, bring your photo ID.  The name on the ID must match the name on the tickets.
    – CAREFULLY READ THE PICK UP LOCATION.  The pick up location may change per event, even if the event is at the same venue.  Be sure to read the location every time you order tickets.
  • Mail tickets
    – Tickets can be mailed to your shipping address for no additional fee.
    – TICKETS CANNOT BE MAILED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT.

Order More Than the Maximum Allowed Tickets?

Add Funds to My Account?

Events can sell out fast.  Keeping your account loaded with funds is the fastest way to buy tickets to an event before they’re gone.  If you have funds in your account, you don’t need to enter your credit card information during checkout. Those few seconds could mean the difference between you getting a seat or someone else.

To add funds to your account, click on the “Add Funds” page just below the PipTix logo and next to the “Upcoming Events” page.  Then, click on the “Add Funds Now” button.  Enter the amount of funds you want to add in the grey box, and click the “Top-up” button.  The funds will be added to your cart.  Finally, checkout as you normally would.  You’ll be able to “purchase” the funds with a credit card.  After checking out, they will officially be added to your account and will be ready to use.

Scroll down to the very bottom of any page to find our contact information.  You can email or call us at the time most convenient for you, day or night, weekday or weekend.  We will answer your inquiry as quickly as possible.

Update My Address?

Are you moving or just want your tickets mailed to a new address?  No problem.  Head on over to the “My Account” page located in the upper right hand corner.  Once you are there, click on “Addresses” on the left side of the page.  Click on the red pencil next to your old address, fill out the form, and save your new address.

Pick Up My Tickets?

Please read all emails sent to you after you purchase tickets for the most up-to-date information.  Most of the time, tickets can be picked up thirty minutes to one hour before the start of the event at the event’s box office or from a PipTix representative at the location designated on the voucher.  You must bring the photo ID of the person who made the order.  If you have an urgent problem at the venue, please call us immediately.

Cancel Tickets I Ordered?

As soon as you know you can’t make an event, email us at contact@piptix.com or call at 917-513-3080.
Tickets must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to an event.  A minimal penalty fee might apply.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before the start of an event, a $10 fee may apply.
If you do not cancel and do not attend your event, a $20 fee may apply.
